Facebook, represented by senior advocate Kapil Sibal, urged the bench to direct Ramdev not to initiate contempt action against it while the appeal was pending. However, before the court could pass such a direction, the counsel appearing for the yoga guru said since the matter was listed for final hearing on Dec 7, no contempt action would be initiated.
